KEMEROVO STATE UNIVERSITY BULLETIN

"Kemerovo State University Bulletin" is a quarterly scientific journal of theoretical and applied research being published since 1999.

The Bulletin contains articles providing results of actual fundamental and applied scientific research, advanced high technologies, scientific and methodical works, devoted to problems of higher education and science development in higher school, relevant to the Bulletin subjects and documented in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Bulletin Editorial Board.

The Bulletin is included into the "List of leading peer-reviewed journals and issues which should publish main research results of Doctor's and Candidate's theses" by the Higher Attestation Commission.

According to the Rules for Authors all the articles, submitted to the Bulletin Editorial Board, should be verified by the institute of reviewing, which is an expert body including members of the Editorial Board of the "Kemerovo State University Bulletin", leading specialists from the KemSU and other institutions of higher education and research centers of Russia, relevant to the Bulletin subjects.

The order of manuscripts reviewing is specified by the Statute of the Institute of Reviewing of the "Kemerovo State University Bulletin".

The Bulletin is registered by the Siberian District Interregional Territorial Department of the Ministry of Russian Federation for Press, Television and Radio Broadcasting, and Mass Media, Registration Certificate ПИ 12-2098. The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) of the Bulletin is 2078-8975.

Since the second half of 2004 subscription to the Bulletin has been provided (index 42150 in the "Russian Press" catalogue, and 51944 in the "Russin Post" catalogue).

Since 2005 the Bulletin has been provided for free access on the site of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU and included into the abstract database "Russian Index of Scientific Citation" (RISC). The Bulletin electronic version (since 2008) is available on the University site and on the site of the Scientific Electronic Library.
